If you are a manager and you have a spanish employee that has a hard time speaking english, then you should be able to speak to them in spanish. They will be much better workers, and they will be able to understand exactly what you need to get accomplished. In the long run your business will flourish because you will be able to keep your workers since they will enjoy being there.
If you decide on learning spanish, you will be able to feel comfortable in spanish speaking countries that you visit. Around the world, there is a numerous amount of countries that are filled with spanish speakers. Most of these countries are very beautiful and are well worth visiting. You will have a great time in spanish speaking countries if you are fluent with the language.
